Futuristic Utility Truck Design Challenges Old Conventions

A utility truck should not look ordinary - that belief drives our Z9 program and the way we design, validate, and manufacture trucks for real work and real adventure.

Why the Z9 Utility Truck Breaks Tradition

We build the Z9 to free customers from the old pickup mold. Its hard-edge, modern silhouette communicates strength while weaving in clear tech cues. That balance matters to high-end, passenger-focused buyers who want capability without sacrificing comfort or style. The body measures 5520x1960x1950 mm, creating confident stance and real space for people and gear. A 0.87 m² panoramic sunroof - No.1 in the class - floods the cabin with light. In back, a 970 L flat rear-floor space makes loading boxes, tools, and weekend kits simple. The rear seat "big sofa" features a three-step adjustable backrest, and the rear doors open to 90° for easy child-seat installs or quick crew changeovers on site.

Customers tell us they live double lives: weekdays in agriculture, forestry, fishery, construction, or small business; weekends chasing overland routes, trailer travel, and camp life. We design for that "work-and-wander" reality. The Z9 utility truck is built to carry a crew, tow heavy, and still feel premium on the highway.

✅  Built for New-Generation Off-Roaders

Our users love to play in the dirt and cross rivers. They also want everyday convenience. That's why Z9 blends tough hardware with passenger-first features, so it transitions from muddy trails to city parking garages without drama. It is a futuristic utility truck design for overlanding - purposeful, not flashy - and every line serves function.

Safety, Intelligence, and Durability in One Utility Truck

We engineer safety into the structure first. The Z9 uses a five-star safety crash body design with a frame made from 97% high-strength steel. At night, the segment's widest, farthest, brightest headlamps plus an ultra-low-beam mode expand confidence on dark farm roads and job sites. Inside, a 12.8-inch display anchors multi-screen linkage, so navigation, camera feeds, and vehicle data stay visible and simple. For low-speed precision, the 540° panoramic imaging system reveals obstacles around and under the truck. And because safety is not an option, EPB + AUTOHOLD come standard on every trim.

•  Five-star crash body design with 97% high-strength-steel frame

•  Widest/farthest/brightest headlamps with ultra-low-beam mode

•  540° panoramic imaging for full-surround awareness

•  12.8-inch main display with multi-screen linkage

•  EPB + AUTOHOLD standard across the lineup

•  Proving-ground structural durability verified to 2 million km

✅  Off-Road Hardware, Real-World Control

The Z9's traction suite is built for messy reality. An Eaton differential lock keeps momentum when surfaces change. Tank Turn helps pivot on tight forest trails. Crawl Mode smooths throttle and braking over rocks or ruts. Chassis geometry and suspension travel matter too: expect Top-3 suspension travel in segment, 240 mm ground clearance, maximum 100% gradeability, and wading depth over 800 mm. When the weekend expands into a week, the truck's towing capacity over 3.5 tons makes hauling campers or equipment straightforward.

Powertrains, Performance, and Real Work Utility

We offer power with clear choices. The diesel delivers 500 N·m and 140 kW for long, loaded days. The gasoline option produces 400 N·m and 190 kW for smooth highway runs and quick overtakes. Performance is not just top speed; it's repeatable launch with cargo on board. Fully loaded, Z9 sprints 0-40 km/h in 3.4 s, 0.6 s quicker than a key rival. That snap off the line matters when merging from a muddy track, pulling into traffic with a trailer, or clearing an intersection on site.

This utility truck is also a comfortable mobile office. The airy cabin, big glass, and supportive rear seating keep crews fresh on long transfers. The flat rear floor swallows toolboxes during the week and camping bins on Friday night. The panoramic sunroof adds light during work breaks and stars after dinner. It's a high-end utility truck for outdoor camping that still behaves like a professional tool Monday morning.

In short, Z9 fuses three promises: modern design that looks and feels premium; verified safety and durability; and hardware that turns ambition into motion - up a 100% grade, through >800 mm water, or down a rutted access road with confidence. We built it to serve ranchers and riggers, overlanders and owners-operators, without forcing them to choose between muscle and modernity.
